About Liming Yuan

Liming Yuan practised law at a leading US law firm for more than 18 years before joining Han Kun Law Offices in 2021. Mr Yuan’s legal practice focuses on complex cross-border acquisitions, licensing, collaboration and investment transactions in the life science industry in China, with a particular emphasis on license-out, license-in and co-development transactions. His clients include multinational companies and domestic Chinese companies. Mr Yuan is a member of the Texas State Bar and Washington DC Bar.
