Wei (Will) Huang specialises in contractual dispute resolutions, including disputes pertaining to investment and financing, loans and guarantees, private equity investment, and trade contracts. His practice at Han Kun Law Offices also covers a wide range of corporate transactions, including shareholding, share transfers, corporation control, resolution invalidations, dissolution and bankruptcy liquidation. In addition, Will has accumulated substantial experience of handling international commercial transaction disputes.
