Yi Cao is a counsel in Han Kun Law Offices’ commercial dispute resolution department, specialising in commercial litigation and arbitration. Yi has participated in significant litigation before the Supreme People’s Court, Beijing Higher People’s Court, and other courts of different levels. She also has extensive experience in arbitration cases before different arbitral institutions, such as the Beijing Arbitration Commission (BAC) and the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC).
