About José Luís Esquível

José Luís Esquível is the founding partner of Esquível Advogados. With solid expertise in all fields of public law, he focuses on projects within transport and infrastructures fields, public law-related litigation and arbitration, public procurement, PPP and project finance. José Luís has authored several publications on public law and participates as a speaker in conferences and seminars. He is currently a PhD candidate in Legal-Administrative Sciences at the Faculty of Law of Lisbon and holds a Master’s degree in Legal-Administrative Sciences (Faculty of Law of the Catholic University).
