About Lu-Fa Tsai

Lu-Fa Tsai is a partner at Deep & Far Attorneys-at-Law. He specialises in the intellectual property, international investment and fair-trade sectors. Lu-Fa is a member of the Taipei Bar Association and the International Trademark Association (INTA). He has LLMs from both National Taiwan University and the University of Göttingen and is capable of a “deep dive” into the jurisprudence related to a patent with respect to daily practice in patent matters, or the enforcement or litigation of patent disputes.
