is a patent attorney at Deep & Far Attorneys-at-Law. He graduated from the Department of Electrical Engineering of National Taiwan University (NTUEE) and attended the Graduate Institute of Communication Engineering (GICE) of NTU, receiving his Master’s degree after two years' research. During his time at GICE, he developed an interest in patent-related matters and passed the Bar examination for Patent Attorneys. Mr Tsai also attended and gained an IP Masters degree from the Law School of University of New Hampshire, after which he worked for InterDigital, Inc. in Delaware for a short period, and then passed the US Patent Registration Examination. He also passed the China Patent Agent Examination.
