About Shalom Hershkovitz

Shalom Hershkovitz is a partner at FISCHER, co-head of the firm’s Private Clients and Intergenerational Transfer practice and head of its Family & Inheritance Disputes practice. Mr. Hershkovitz practice focuses on all aspects of the management of family wealth and intergenerational transfers of wealth. He plans complex intergenerational transfers of assets and businesses for high net worth families, and creates and manages various trusts, including for family members with special needs and public purpose trusts. He also drafts custom agreements for managing family wealth for future generations, wills, spousal agreements and gift agreements within the family.
