About Wenxuan Lu

Wenxuan Lu is a senior partner at Kangda Law Firm and holds an LLM from Columbia Law School. Since commencing practice, he has consistently focused on the insurance and reinsurance sectors, leading numerous litigation and non-litigation matters with significant impact on the insurance industry. He specialises in resolving complex and difficult insurance-related issues, and is well versed in insurance disputes and the utilisation of insurance funds. He currently serves as Deputy Director of the Financial Professional Committee of Kangda, and is a Member Representative of the Insurance Asset Management Association of China.
