Amy Benest is a partner at Baker & Partners in Jersey, specialising in contentious trust and commercial disputes with particular expertise in enforcement of judgments. A Jersey advocate and English solicitor, she advises trustees, beneficiaries and litigants across complex cross-border matters, including insolvency and enforcement proceedings. Having worked in Jersey, Guernsey and London, Amy brings a breadth of experience to her work.
