About Adam Crane

Adam Crane is a partner with Baker & Partners in the Cayman Islands, where he represents stakeholders in cross-border insolvency and restructuring, asset recovery, and commercial litigation matters. He acts in the international asset recovery efforts related to the multibillion-dollar 1MDB fraud scandal. He is qualified as a barrister and solicitor and is experienced in cross-border proceedings involving investment funds, holding companies and digital assets. He is an INSOL Fellow and is the Chair of the International Insolvency Institute’s (III) NextGen Programme. He is also Co-Chair of the III’s Regional Committee for the US, Canada and Caribbean and Co-Chair of ABI’s International Committee.
