About Nia Statham

Nia Statham is an associate at Baker & Partners in the Cayman Islands. Her practice focuses on fraud, asset tracing, white-collar crime, regulatory investigations, and commercial disputes. She also has a particular interest in digital assets, including the recovery and regulation of the same. She acts in the asset recovery involving an estimated USD7.65 billion stolen from a Malaysian sovereign wealth fund, which is the subject of major corruption and money laundering investigations worldwide.
