Jason Ta has extensive experience in new product development, having specialised in advising financial institutions, investment managers, blue-chip companies, broker-dealers, market infrastructure providers and technology companies (including development teams and start-ups) on the deployment of innovative legal solutions to support new or existing business lines or novel investment structures. Jason’s expertise includes navigating the complex and changing regulatory regimes applicable to blockchain technology, digital assets and Web3 businesses. Prior to joining Travers Thorp Alberga, Jason was a managing associate at Linklaters (London) which included secondments to Deutsche Bank AG (London) in their fund-linked products division and at NatWest Markets in their structured products division.
