Jason Ta has extensive experience in new product development, having specialised in advising financial institutions, investment managers, blue-chip companies, broker-dealers, market infrastructure providers and technology companies (development teams and start-ups) on the deployment of innovative legal solutions to support new or existing business lines or novel investment structures. His expertise includes navigating the complex and changing regulatory regimes applicable to blockchain technology, digital assets and Web 3.0 businesses. Before joining Travers Thorp Alberga, Jason was a managing associate at Linklaters, London. This included secondments to Deutsche Bank (London) in their fund-linked products division and NatWest Markets’ structured products division.
