About Andrés Beck

Andrés Beck is a lawyer in the litigation and arbitration practice group at FABREGA MOLINO. He specialises in managing civil, commercial, and administrative cases, focusing on constitutional perspectives. Prior to joining FABREGA MOLINO, Andrés served as a law clerk to a Panamanian Supreme Court Justice. He reviewed – from the decision-maker side – high-profile cases related to unconstitutionality, habeas data, and fundamental rights protection claims. In this role, he assisted in establishing relevant case law for the Panamanian Supreme Court.
