Jorge Molina Mendoza
is a senior partner at the firm, and head of the arbitration and litigation department. He practises in antitrust and competition law, arbitration and litigation, banking and finance, insurance and intellectual property. Jorge is a member of the Panama Chapter of ICC, the American Bar Association, the International Bar Association, the Panamanian Bar Association, Club Español de Arbitraje and Asociación Latinoamericana de Arbitraje. Jorge has more than 26 years of professional experience; he has focused on representing and advising clients on various issues throughout Latin America and the Caribbean. He is involved in litigation and arbitration matters, including complex commercial litigation, bank litigation, and insurance litigation, among others. He has vast experience representing his clients before Panamanian Courts, as well as before Arbitration Panels, both domestic and international.
