is a patent attorney at CCPIT. Mr Long's practice focuses primarily on prosecution, invalidation, enforcement and licensing of patent. He has also counselled domestic and international clients on other IP-related matters, such as trade marks, trade secret, ownership dispute, and border enforcement. Mr Long has considerable experience in handling patent invalidation and litigation cases for foreign companies. His technical specialism covers chemistry, chemical engineering, material science, pharmaceutics and agrochemicals. He was invited as an expert to participate in the formulation of the Outline of National Intellectual Property Strategy (2005 to 2007), and also participated in the research project organised by SIPO for the preparation of the third amendment to the Implementing Regulations of the Chinese Patent Law in 2007.
