About Jun Liu

Jun Liu is a partner with extensive experience in fundraising and compliance of investment funds, asset management, acquisitions and investments of real estate, and general corporate matters. In the field of fundraising and compliance of investment funds, he mainly provides legal services for structural design, document drafting, closing support, filing and recordation of funds, and subsequent services for investment funds. In addition, he also provides legal services for fund managers on registration matters, including but not limited to structural design, issuance of legal opinions and subsequent services. Mr Liu obtained his LLB degree from Fudan University.
