About Bernhard Gröhe
Bernhard Gröhe
is a managing associate at ARQIS, specialising in public economic law, renewable energy, sustainability, and ESG. He studied law at the University of Münster and Péter Pázmány University in Budapest. He earned his doctorate at the University of Münster, focusing on the reform of family reunification under EU law. During his legal clerkship (Referendariat), he gained experience in Düsseldorf, Berlin, and Leverkusen. As part of the ARQIS team, he advises companies on complex regulatory issues, particularly in renewable energy, the circular economy, and ESG compliance.
