Filippo Raynaud
works primarily on corporate governance, securities regulation and banking and corporate law. He has experience in M&A, financial and debt restructuring transactions and in counselling companies with respect to their relations with Supervisory Authorities. Before joining FIVERS in 2021, he worked with another leading Italian law firm in the bankruptcy law department.
