About Catherine Whitehead

Catherine Whitehead is a member of the Lawson Lundell’s research and opinions group, where she advises on complex legal issues across a wide range of practice areas. She has extensive experience preparing legal opinions on topics including insurance policy interpretation, tort law, domestic and foreign legislation, and court procedural rules. Catherine’s practice benefits from a strong academic and research background. During law school at the Peter A. Allard School of Law, she contributed to the UBC Law Review and worked as a research assistant to both a professor and a retired justice of the BC Supreme Court.
