About Emma Russell

Emma Russell is an associate in the Vancouver office of Lawson Lundell and a member of the firm’s environmental and regulatory group. Emma advises and represents clients on a wide range of issues, with experience in environmental compliance and permitting, jurisdictional disputes, contaminated sites, the duty to consult, regulatory prosecutions, the regulation of public utilities, and the economic development of reserve lands. She has appeared at all levels of court in British Columbia (BC) and before various administrative bodies, including the BC Utilities Commission and the BC Environmental Appeal Board.
