Michael Donaldson KC has practised energy, commercial and securities litigation and commercial arbitration at Lawson Lundell LLP in Calgary for over 20 years. He has extensive experience with claims in Alberta’s electricity, petrochemical, and oil and gas industries. Mike has appeared as counsel before all the Alberta courts, the Federal Court and Federal Court of Appeal, the Supreme Court of Canada, and the Alberta and BC Securities Commissions, as well as in many private commercial arbitrations.
