Scott Lucyk is an FCIArb and is an arbitration and business disputes lawyer, with a focus on complex international and domestic matters. His practice at Lawson Lundell LLP includes energy and mining disputes, shareholder remedies, and joint venture and distributorship matters. He has represented clients in high-value arbitrations seated in Canada, Hong Kong, Singapore, India and Europe. Scott has extensive experience in cross-border litigation, arbitration-related court matters and disputes under the ICC, UNCITRAL, SIAC, HKIAC, LCIA, VanIAC and ADRIC arbitration rules. He is a member of the VanIAC Arbitration Rules Committee and the chair of In-Canada Events for the ICC Canada Arbitration Committee.
