About Shannon Hayes

Shannon Hayes KC of Lawson Lundell has been practicing commercial litigation and arbitration for more than 20 years. She also leads the litigation and dispute resolution group in the firm’s Calgary office. Clients regularly request her assistance on complex contract and tort matters, many of them in the hundreds of millions of dollars, as she provides creative solutions to achieve their goals in the most practical way. She has appeared and argued before all levels of court in Alberta and acted in many private arbitrations, both as part of large teams and as lead counsel. She is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the International Bar Association and the Litigation Counsel of America.
