About Will Shaw

Will Shaw practises environmental and regulatory law with an emphasis on regulatory compliance and incidence response. He works in a wide variety of industries, including mining, forestry, utilities, and age-restricted product sales. Will assists clients with navigating complex regulatory schemes and developing due diligence systems to ensure compliance, as well as assisting clients defend against regulatory charges, including preparing and presenting due diligence defences and negotiating ADR solutions. Will has also assisted clients with incident response on an urgent basis. Additionally, Will supports clients in obtaining necessary regulatory approvals for environmental and commercial projects.
