About Fang Fang

Fang Fang has served as a judge of the Supreme People’s Court, the People’s Court of Guangzhou Province and the People’s Court of Chengdu Province for more than ten years. She mainly practises in the areas of insurance law and dispute resolution. She is familiar with insurance laws and regulations and rules formulated by the China Insurance Regulatory Commission, and has handled a large number of cases concerning auto insurance, enterprise property insurance and insurance recovery. She has provided legal services for many leading domestic insurance companies, including PICC, China Export & Credit Insurance Co, China Continent Insurance, BOC Insurance, Sun Life Everbright Life Insurance.
