Lili NI is a team partner at DeHeng Shenzhen and graduated with a Master’s degree from Peking University. Ni specialises in real estate, construction projects, corporate governance, bankruptcy reorganisation, financial leasing and related dispute resolution. She has been admitted to the Panel of Bankruptcy Administrators of the Guangdong Provincial Higher People’s Court. She has represented Shenzhen Metro Real Estate, China Resources Land, Shenye Real Estate, China Overseas Land & Investment, Yanlord Land, CGN Leasing, China Resources Leasing, Great Wall Xinsheng, HSBC, etc in numerous cases, including joint venture and co-operative real estate development contract disputes, construction project contract disputes, disputes over liabilities for damaging company interests, and equity transfer disputes.
