Qian Li holds an LLB from East China University of Political Science and Law and an LLM from The University of Hong Kong. As a practitioner in DeHeng Shenzhen’s real estate and infrastructure group, she focuses on real estate development (including urban renewal), construction engineering, project investment/financing, M&A transactions, and debt restructuring/reorganisation. Her client portfolio spans real estate leaders (China Resources Land, Vanke, COLI), financial institutions (CITIC Bank Shenzhen), construction entities (China Construction Third Engineering Bureau), cross-border enterprises (Yanlord Land, GLP China), and specialised urban renewal operators (Kaisa Group).
