About Yanhua (Xavy) Xu

Yanhua (Xavy) Xu is a partner at Deheng Shanghai Law Office with more than ten years of experience advising Fortune Global 500 foreign-invested companies. She specialises in PRC legal services for wholly foreign-owned enterprises and Sino-foreign joint ventures, providing comprehensive legal solutions covering clients’ day-to-day operations, commercial dispute resolution and cross-border investment projects. Ms Xu serves as a mediator at the International Commercial Mediation Center for BRI and the Shanghai Eastern International Commercial Mediation Center. She is also a member of the China Academy of Arbitration Law and an expert mentor of the Shanghai Enterprise Development Experts Volunteer Service Group.
