About Yanhua (Xavy) Xu

Yanhua (Xavy) Xu is a business partner in DeHeng’s Shanghai office with over ten years of experience working in Global 500 foreign-funded companies, who now specialises in legal services under the Chinese jurisdiction for wholly foreign-owned enterprises or Sino-foreign joint ventures, providing integrated legal services for clients’ day-to-day business, economic dispute resolution and business investment projects during their cross-border operations. Ms Xu serves as a mediator for the International Commercial Mediation Center for the BRI, is a member of China Academy of Arbitration Law, and is an expert mentor of the Shanghai Enterprise Development Experts Volunteer Service Group.
