About Yifeng Lai

Yifeng Lai is a Peking University graduate and Senior Partner at DeHeng Shenzhen. Having worked in law for 20 years, he has developed extensive experience in providing both litigation and non-litigation legal services related to real estate, such as real estate project development, co-operation, mergers and acquisitions, financing, and debt restructuring. Yifeng is currently an arbitrator at Zhuhai Court of International Arbitration, a legal expert for the Housing and Construction Bureau of Shenzhen, a senior consultant for the Shenzhen Urban Renewal Development Enterprises Chamber of Commerce. He also holds qualifications as a Bankruptcy Administrator of Guangdong Province, an independent director of a listed company, and as a fund manager.
