About Sjoerd Stokmans

Sjoerd Stokmans is head of Van Doorne’s tax practice. He advises national and international clients on the tax aspects of financing transactions, mergers and acquisitions, (internal) reorganisations, private equity investments and the structuring of investment funds and financing transactions (including direct lending and structured finance). In this context he focuses on withholding tax and interest deduction issues, and cross-border financing arrangements.
