About Ricardo J. Casellas Santana

Ricardo J. Casellas Santana is a member of the litigation department at O’Neill & Borges. A former federal law clerk, he has served as lead counsel in bench and jury trials, as well as appellate matters, before Puerto Rico and federal courts. He focuses his practice on complex commercial, environmental, distribution and franchising, and antitrust litigation. He also advises businesses on the structuring and enforcement of distribution relationships under Puerto Rico law. Ricardo currently serves on the board of the Federal Bar Association’s Puerto Rico Chapter.
