About Adam Nečas

Adam Nečas is a senior associate at BBH who advises on matters of law in the financial markets, banking and insurance areas, including regulatory and related issues. He has been involved in drafting new Czech legislation governing banking and financial services, has worked as a technical consultant to the ECB, and was the Director of the Banking and Financial Market Supervision Department. Adam is registered on the lists of liquidators and forced administrators maintained by the ČNB for investment firms, market operators, operators of settlement systems, fund management companies, investment funds and fund administrators.
