About Petr Vošahlík

Petr Vošahlík is a partner in BBH’s dispute resolution department and has great experience in both litigation and arbitration proceedings. Petr further works in the areas of private international law and white-collar criminal law. Petr has represented numerous clients in M/A, real estate development, energy and health care disputes, while he particularly focuses on international arbitration cases in which he combines his experience as counsel and arbitrator. Petr has received numerous appointments as co-arbitrator, sole arbitrator or president of the arbitral tribunal and was appointed by the European Commission to the list of eligible arbitrators for bilateral disputes under the EU’s trade agreements with third countries.
