Tomáš Sedláček is the BBH partner responsible for banking and finance, capital markets and M&A, with more than 20 years of experience being involved in many prominent and pioneering transactions, including the first securitisation in Czech Republic, the first synthetic securitisation under the CRR, the largest corporate bond issue, the largest private equity loan in Czech Republic and the creation of Energy and Industrial Holding – the largest private energy holding in Central Europe, among many others. Tomáš further provides legal advice on financial regulation and represents clients in proceedings before the Czech National Bank, including licensing procedures for banks and insurance companies.
