About Zdeněk Husták

Zdeněk Husták is a partner and the head of regulation and compliance at BBH with legal expertise including financial markets and services, as well as corporate compliance, ESG, personal data protection and cyber security. He is a member several Czech banking and ethical committees and an arbitrator with the Arbitration Court of the Economic and Agricultural Chamber of the Czech Republic. Zdeněk has served as a member of several advisory boards, and as a board member of the Czech SEC. He served as chair of the EU Council Working Group on the Credit Rating Regulation. Zdeněk is widely published and lectures at conferences and seminars, as well as at the Faculty of Law in Brno.
