About Karina Goldberg

Karina Goldberg specialises in Brazilian contractual and commercial litigation, together with an extensive practice in domestic and international arbitration, including commercial disputes, shareholders and M&A disputes, and infrastructure disputes. Karina holds an LLM in European Private Law from Utrecht University, Holland and is currently a member of the Court of Arbitration of SIAC (the Singapore International Arbitration Centre), the ICC Commission on International Arbitration and the IBA Subcommittee on International Arbitration Case Law. Karina has been a partner at FCDG since 2019 and has worked as a foreign associate at Debevoise & Plimpton LLP, in New York.
