is a partner at the firm, concentrating her practice in employment law. She has more than 25 years of experience representing employers and individual members of management in both the private and public sectors. Specifically, she specialises in preventative counselling, litigation defense and dispute resolution, workplace investigations, employee handbooks and policies, and training. Kathleen is the Chairperson of the Lindabury’s Women’s Business Initiative and serves as the editor of the Lindabury Employment Newsletter. She is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and the Society for Human Resources Management, amongst other professional bodies, and has published articles on such topics as workplace harassment and discrimination, employee reclassification, employee leave rights, workplace accommodations for disabled employees, and Title VII protection for trangendered individuals.
