He specializes in employment litigation (including whistleblower claims, discrimination, breach of contract, wrongful discharge, and violation of restrictive covenant matters), traditional labor matters and general corporate and commercial litigation. John has significant courtroom experience in both the state and federal courts. He has arbitrated numerous labor matters, and has handled charges and hearings before the National Labor Relations Board, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the New Jersey Division on Civil Rights. He is certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney.
