is an associate at the firm, and a member of the Labor, Employment & Employee Benefits group where she concentrates her practice in the areas of labour and employment law as well as ERISA and employee benefits law. Lisa has represented and counselled management in all matters including discrimination and harassment, breach of contract, violation of restrictive covenant, wrongful termination, and reasonable accommodations in the workplace. On behalf of corporations she regularly reviews and prepares employment policies and handbooks for legal compliance. Lisa has assisted in conducting internal investigations into workplace misconduct and provides employment law training for employees and management. She has significant experience in state and federal court proceedings, as well as administrative agencies. An active member of Lindabury’s Women’s Business Initiative, Lisa has recently published on the subject of social media in the hiring process.
