Elvige is a contributor to the BNA treatises and its supplements, Employment Discrimination Law and Employment at Will. In addition to successfully representing employers in labor and employment related lawsuits, arbitrations, mediations and other actions before various state and federal courts and agencies, Elvige advises clients on a wide spectrum of personnel issues and policies and has contributed to training, speeches and presentations on labor and employment law issues.
