represents management in all aspects of employment law. She regularly advises employers on compliance with medical leave and accommodation issues under the Family and Medical Leave Act and the Americans with Disabilities Act, as well as general compliance with state and federal employment laws. Jennifer also represents employers in administrative claims and litigation involving employees, including claims of employment discrimination, harassment, retaliation/whistleblower, wage and hour violations, trade secret violation and breach of non-competition agreements. She represents employers in a variety of business sectors, including the hospitality, medical, retail, banking, energy, and manufacturing industries. Jennifer is an active board member of the New Orleans Federal Bar Association, and a member of the New Orleans Society of Human Resources Management; she is also a chapter editor of the ABA Labor & Employment Law Section’s treatise on the Family and Medical Leave Act.
