About Miroslav Fašung

Miroslav Fašung is a managing partner at BBH advokátska kancelária, s.r.o., where he is responsible for the M&A and corporate law agenda, with a particular focus on banking and finance, capital markets and competition law. He specialises, among other areas, in bond issuances, having participated in numerous significant listings both in the Slovak Republic and abroad. With more than 20 years of experience in banking and finance, including acquisition finance, project finance, bond issues and regulatory matters, Miroslav has been involved in a number of major and innovative transactions, and continues to advise leading domestic and international clients on complex financial and corporate matters.
