About Michelle Kirkland-Elias

Michelle Kirkland-Elias is joint head of the hospitality and leisure sector group at Freeths, and a highly experienced corporate transactions partner with broad and deep hospitality and leisure sector knowledge and significant experience of leading interdisciplinary and cross-border teams. Her remits have included advising on UK, international and multi-jurisdictional mandates, guiding clients through complex and high-value mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, restructurings, financings/refinancings and general corporate advisory work. Michelle additionally advises on commercial arrangements, including management, franchise and asset management arrangements. She acts for a wide range of clients including buyers, sellers, owners, operators/managers, lenders and investors.
