About Ali Kabir Shah

Ali Kabir Shah primarily deals in contentious and non-contentious matters pertaining to IP, media, IT, licensing and franchising, and competition law. He has appeared in cases before the Hon’ble High Courts, the IP Tribunals, the Competition Commission and the Competition Appellate Tribunal, as well as the Intellectual Property Offices. As the former International Vice-President of the Asian Patent Attorneys’ Association (APAA), Asia’s largest IP association, Mr Shah has also garnered recognition for his extensive contributions internationally. Mr Shah has also co-authored a manual on the evolution of IP laws, and is a regular contributor to many international publications.
