About Kimistin Justin

Kimistin Justin extensively advises clients in relation to patent and design registrations, prosecution and enforcement before the Controller of Patents & Design. Kimistin is a pioneer in introducing freedom-to-operate (FTO) searches for generic pharmaceutical clients and actively promotes IP awareness through institutional collaborations. Kimistin has also co-authored an intellectual property rights manual on the evolution of IP laws issued by the Overseas Investor’s Chamber of Commerce & Industry (OICCI) and published a book on IP rights in Urdu titled “Haqooq-e-Danish”. Kimistin also represents Ali & Associates at the Asian Patent Attorneys’ Association and is currently a member of the Patent Committee (2026–2027).
