About Hanya Haroon

Hanya Haroon is an established trial lawyer whose primary areas of focus are litigation matters and contentious advisory. She represents Ali & Associates’ clients before the High Courts, IP Tribunals, customs and competition forums, and the Drug Regulatory Authority of Pakistan as well as appellate bodies across Pakistan. Hanya actively promotes IP awareness through collaborations with industry bodies. Hanya has also co-authored a manual on the evolution of IP laws issued by the Overseas Investor’s Chamber of Commerce & Industry (OICCI). She is currently acting as the Chair of Middle East, Africa & South Asia (MEASA) Sub-Committee of the Legislation & Regulation Committee of INTA (2026).
