About Hanya Haroon

Hanya Haroon joined the firm in 2013 and has since established a strong reputation as a corporate/trial lawyer, specialising in IP law and brand enforcement, media and technology, cybercrime, competition and company law, and related commercial matters. Ms Haroon is also an accredited mediator, and actively engages in mediation and arbitration proceedings. Ms Haroon leads the anti-counterfeit practice, in addition to actively appearing before the Hon’ble High Courts, the IP Tribunals, the Competition Commission, Customs Courts (Directorates, Tribunals and Appellate Courts) and the Drug Regulatory Authority, among others. Ms Haroon has also co-authored a manual on the evolution of IP laws, and is a regular contributor to many international publications.
