Iffat Zehra
is one of Ali & Associates’ key associates, specialising in IP litigation and dispute resolution. She works directly with the partners, assisting on cases before the high courts and IP tribunals. Ms Zehra is also a certified mediation advocate and contributes to IP awareness through workshops and possesses strong knowledge of IP law in Pakistan. Additionally, Ms Zehra also works on matters relating to customs, competition, pharmaceuticals and media law and has represented the firm before various forums and/or tribunals.
