About Juan Carlos Benítez

Juan Carlos Benítez is an associate attorney at Lexincorp with 19 years of professional experience. A specialist in dispute resolution, he has extensive experience as a litigator at the national level in civil and contentious-administrative matters. He also excels in arbitration, acting both as a party lawyer and as a certified arbitrator with the conciliation and arbitration centres of the CCIT, CCIC and the CAH.
